Official Terms and Conditions of Sunna’a Platform for Digital Services and Content Creators


First: Eligibility to Use the Services

The user acknowledges and warrants the following:

  1. That their use of any digital platform has not previously been suspended or banned due to serious or legal violations.

  2. That they are not a direct competitor to Sunna’a Platform and do not offer similar digital services or products that may harm or damage the platform.

  3. That they have full legal capacity to contract in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  4. That all information and data provided are accurate, complete, and up to date, and do not involve any misrepresentation or impersonation.

  5. That their legal record is free from any restrictions that would prevent them from providing or requesting services through the platform.


Second: Commitments and Warranties

The user commits to the following:

  1. Complying with all laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  2. Using Sunna’a Platform solely for legitimate and professional purposes.

  3. Refraining from using the platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.

  4. Not abusing or harming any other user, service provider, or the platform’s management.

  5. Adhering to professional content standards and refraining from publishing prohibited content (political, pornographic, inciting, offensive, or infringing on the rights of others).

  6. Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and not sharing them with any third party.

  7. Updating personal and professional information when necessary.

  8. Allowing the platform to exchange professional information and evaluations among platform parties to improve service quality.


Third: Nature of Sunna’a Platform Users

The platform serves the following categories:

  • Freelancers

  • Consultants

  • Trainers

  • Training Centers

Each service provider bears full responsibility for the quality of the content or services they provide.


Fourth: License Scope

  1. The platform grants the user a license that is:

    • Non-exclusive

    • Non-transferable

    • Non-assignable

    • Non-sublicensable

  2. The user is strictly prohibited from:

    • Reselling, renting, or commercially exploiting the platform outside its official framework.

    • Copying, modifying, translating, or reproducing any part of the platform or its content without prior written permission.

    • Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or access the source code of the platform.

    • Removing or altering intellectual property rights or trademarks.


Fifth: Children and Minors

Use of the platform or provision of services by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete any violating account.


Sixth: Misuse of the Platform

Sunna’a Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account without compensation if any of the following is proven:

  • Verbal abuse or defamation

  • Threats or blackmail

  • Misuse of the platform or its content

  • Damage to the reputation of the platform or its users


Seventh: Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All intellectual property rights of the platform, including trademarks, designs, systems, and official content, are the exclusive property of the platform.

  2. Content creators or service providers retain their intellectual property rights over their content while granting the platform the right to display and promote such content within the platform.


Eighth: Payments, Fees, and Sunna’a Platform Commission

  1. The service provider has the right to set service prices in accordance with the nature, quality, and market value of the service.

  2. The platform charges a commission of 15% of the service value, collected from the service provider for each completed transaction.

  3. The commission is automatically deducted upon completion of the service, and the remaining balance is transferred to the service provider’s account.

  4. The service provider commits not to circumvent the platform or agree with clients to bypass the platform in order to avoid commission fees.

  5. The platform reserves the right to modify the commission rate or deduction mechanism in the future, with prior notice.

  6. Registration as a service provider on the platform constitutes explicit acceptance of the pricing policy and platform commission.


Ninth: Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are subject to conditions that vary depending on the type of service.

  2. No refunds are permitted after the service has been delivered or used.

  3. The refund policy does not apply to completed consultation services or delivered digital content.

  4. Refund requests must be submitted through the platform’s official channels.


Tenth: Legal Liability

  1. The platform acts solely as a digital intermediary and bears no responsibility for the quality or outcomes of services provided by service providers.

  2. The service provider bears full responsibility for their work, content, commitments, and service results.

  3. The platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.


Eleventh: Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify and hold the platform harmless from any claims or damages arising from:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions

  • Misuse of the platform

  • Infringement of the rights of others


Twelfth: Modification of Services and Terms

The platform reserves the right to modify these terms or services at any time. Amendments will be published on the platform, and continued use constitutes implicit acceptance thereof.


Thirteenth: Term and Termination

  1. This agreement is of indefinite duration.

  2. The user may close their account at any time.

  3. The platform may suspend or terminate any account immediately upon violation, without prior notice.


Fourteenth: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising therefrom.


Fifteenth: Criteria for Accepting Service Providers on Sunna’a Platform

First: General Criteria

  1. The applicant must be at least 18 years old.

  2. Must have full legal capacity to contract.

  3. Must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

  4. Must comply with all approved terms, conditions, and policies.

  5. Must adhere to professional and ethical standards.

  6. Must have no violations or prior records related to fraud or intellectual property infringement.

  7. Must pass the verification and review procedures adopted by the platform.

  8. Must accept the internal rating and evaluation system of the platform.

Second: Freelancers

  • Possession of a clear and defined digital skill or specialization.

  • Submission of a portfolio upon request.

  • Ability to independently deliver services and meet deadlines.

  • Clear and fair pricing.

  • Commitment to professional communication policies with clients.

Third: Consultants

  • Documented practical experience in consulting.

  • Relevant academic or professional qualifications.

  • Provision of professional consultations based on scientific or practical foundations.

  • Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.

Fourth: Trainers

  • Training or educational experience.

  • An accredited training certificate or proof of practical experience.

  • Preparation of structured and professional training content.

  • Commitment to content quality and suitability for the target audience.

Fifth: Training Centers

  • Valid commercial registration or legal license.

  • Clear and official business information.

  • Qualified and accredited training staff.

  • Training programs with clear objectives and outcomes.

  • Commitment to quality and evaluation standards.

Sixth: Evaluation and Continuity

  • Service provider accounts are subject to periodic evaluation based on performance quality and client feedback.

  • The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of low quality or repeated complaints.

  • Service providers are required to address feedback and improve performance in accordance with the platform’s guidance.
